Tracy joins PSR-LA as the Operations Coordinator, supporting the organization’s daily operations by ensuring teams have the resources, tools, and systems needed to work effectively and efficiently. She works closely with the Director of Finance & Administration to support long-term financial management, including preparing programmatic and grant budgets that provide clear, transparent information for stakeholders such as leadership, the board, and funders.

With seven years of experience in nonprofit legal advocacy, Tracy has supported programs that advance justice for underserved communities. Her work includes partnering with organizational leadership to strengthen operations, improve service quality, and support teams providing critical legal representation in Los Angeles County. She brings a strong commitment to equity, collaboration, and building sustainable systems that promote meaningful access to justice. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.

Tracy is eager to continue learning and growing in the area of environmental justice. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring new coffee spots.
