Estephanie Garcia is the Air Quality Education & Outreach Coordinator at PSR LA. Their role is to bring communities together to create the livable spaces we all deserve. They work at the intersection of reducing air pollution and improving community health by connecting partner organizations, people, and causes to advance healthier, more equitable neighborhoods. 

Raised in Southeast Los Angeles, Estephanie’s commitment to community health and clean air grew through community organizing, community-based research, and advocacy to address toxic pollution and advance accountability for impacted communities. 

She attended the University of Southern California, where they studied Public Policy with a minor in Gender and Social Justice. In her free time, she enjoys finding any excuse to swim outdoors, crafting, and binge-watching TV.
