October Health Ambassador Program Trainings

On October 2 and October 16, 2018 Physicians for Social Responsibility Los Angeles conducted Health Ambassador Program trainings at Harbor UCLA Family Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center respectively. We were greeted by residents eager to learn about environmental justice and health. The staff of PSR-LA shared information about their programs before holding advocacy skill-building exercises such as how to testify before decision makers and what to do during legislative visits.
