Pamela Starr (Ph.D. University of Southern California, 1993) is an Associate Professor in Public Diplomacy and International Relations, the director of the US-Mexico Network, and a senior fellow at the Center on Public Diplomacy at the University of Southern California. Her talk is entitled, “Fighting the Drug Cartels in Mexico: Implications for Mexico and the United States.”
