Please join PSR-LA and our many allies
oin us for the third year of our annual “Unite for Peace and Nuclear Justice – Hiroshima/Nagasaki Never Again!” On August 8, 2019, we will gather in Little Tokyo to commemorate the victims of all nuclear atrocities of the past and present and to take actions to bring our world a little closer to a nuclear-free future.
We need YOU to be there, because we are at “two minutes to midnight,” closer than we’ve ever been since Hiroshima/Nagasaki to the possibility of another nuclear war.
We need to turn up in numbers. We need to make our voices heard. We do not need wars. We want peace, genuine security and abundance for all. We need to make sure that the future generations will inherit a nuclear-free world.
Among other things, the message that we want to convey at this year’s event is “No War with/on Iran.” The petition will be delivered to Rep. Jimmy Gomez, for California’s 34th District, which Little Tokyo is part of.
