Coalitions
PSR-LA participates in multiple environmental justice and nuclear disarmament coalitions, both as a founder and participating member. By partnering with local, statewide and national organizations, PSR-LA helps advance broad-scale movements toward equity and justice.
STAND-L.A.
Stand Together Against Neighborhood Drilling
STAND-L.A. is an environmental justice coalition of community groups that seeks to end neighborhood drilling to protect the health and safety of Angelenos on the front lines of urban oil extraction.
PSR-LA is a co-chair of STAND-L.A., alongside Communities for a Better Environment.

Bringing Communities Together to Abolish Nuclear Weapons
Back from the Brink is a US-based grassroots coalition of individuals, organizations and elected officials working together on a multi-year campaign to rid the world of nuclear weapons and secure a set of common sense U.S. nuclear weapons policies that will make the world safer, healthier, and more just.

CEJA
California Environmental Justice Alliance
The California Environmental Justice Alliance is a statewide, community-led alliance that works to achieve environmental justice by advancing policy solutions.
PSR-LA is a partner organization in CEJA, alongside Central Coast Alliance United for a Sustainable Economy (CAUSE), Leadership Counsel for Justice and Accountability and Strategic Concepts in Organizing and Policy Education (SCOPE).
SCLA-PUSH
South Central LA Project to Understand the Sources and Health Impacts of Local Air Pollution
SCLA-PUSH is a collaborative initiative aimed to mobilize stakeholders to assess the scale and gravity of local air pollution in the South and Southeast Los Angeles community plan areas in order to identify viable community-driven solutions.
PSR-LA is the project lead for SCLA-PUSH.
VISION
Voices in Solidarity Against Oil in Neighborhoods
VISION formed to bring together community groups and allies who are concerned with the impact of oil and gas extraction on communities in Kern and Los Angeles Counties.
PSR-LA is a coalition member of VISION.
LEAP-LA
LEAP-LA is a coalition of grassroots environmental and climate justice organizations representing some of the neighborhoods most heavily impacted by environmental racism and most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change.

CHANGE is a coalition of diverse organizations with the collective vision of creating economically just and environmentally healthy communities in California. CHANGE centers environmental health and justice in its work, campaigns, and policy development.
Californians for Pesticide Reform
CPR is a statewide coalition of more than 190 organizations, founded in 1996 to fundamentally shift the way pesticides are used in California.

At Coming Clean, hundreds of organizations are working in a unique, collaborative effort to create a world without toxic chemicals.
Environmental Justice Health Alliance for Chemical Reform
The Environmental Justice Health Alliance for Chemical Policy Reform is a national network of grassroots Environmental and Economic Justice organizations and advocates in communities that are disproportionately impacted by toxic chemicals from legacy contamination, ongoing exposure to polluting facilities and health-harming chemicals in household products.
Cancer Free Economy
The Cancer Free Economy (CFE) is a network cultivating an inclusive movement to promote healthy environments where no one gets sick because of toxic chemicals where they live, learn, work, and play.
California Green New Deal Coalition
The California Green New Deal Coalition is made up of community organizations, advocates, unions, and allies across California who know that the future of our state and planet depends on rapidly transitioning to a clean energy economy with justice at its core.
Alliance for Nuclear Accountability
Since 1987, the Alliance for Nuclear Accountability has worked to hold the federal government accountable through citizen education, empowerment, and action.
Repower LA
Repower LA is a citywide coalition of community groups, environmentalists, and small businesses anchored by LAANE, SCOPE, and IBEW Local 18 that advocates equitable environmental programs and career-path jobs at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (DWP), the nation’s largest municipally-owned utility.
UNIDAD
The United Neighbors in Defense Against Displacement (UNIDAD) coalition is the product of a community collaboration formed to prevent the displacement of residents in South Central Los Angeles and to improve the health and economic well-being of low-income communities of color through responsible development.
ACT-LA
The Alliance for Community Transit-Los Angeles (ACT-LA) is a broad-based coalition made up of organizations with expertise engaging in transit justice, housing justice, environmental justice, and public health.
SLA-BHC
The South Los Angeles Building Health Communities (SLA-BHC) Hub is a collaborative of community partners working for low-income housing, transforming punitive school disciplinary policies, addressing health disparities for Black and Latino peoples, and much more.
